Thyonne Gordon, Ph.D, serves as the Executive Director of Thyonne Ready Foundation since March 2021, overseeing strategic operations while focusing on foster care and disadvantaged youth. In addition to this role, Thyonne Gordon also provides executive coaching and consulting for nonprofit leaders at the Executive Service Corps of Southern California and acts as the Principal of Beyond Story, which empowers purpose-driven organizations through storytelling. Previous experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University, Senior Producer at Entertainment Studios, and Executive Director at both CoachArt and A Place Called Home. Thyonne Gordon holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development and an MBA in Business Administration, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Howard University.
