Deborah Dorman is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Hays. Previously, Deborah has held key positions at Sainsbury's, including Director of Group HR, Director of Corporate HR, and Head of Talent & Performance. Additional roles include Client Services Director at both Serac Communications and Hypa Creative. Deborah also contributes as a Board Trustee for Shaw Trust. Educationally, Deborah earned a Bachelor's Degree in English from University College London between 1992 and 1995.
