Sandra Hewitt has over 36 years of experience in real estate, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Shaw Industries since August 1997. In this role, Sandra oversees global real estate and master planning functions, managing a diverse portfolio of over 220 locations and more than 33.5 million square feet. Previous positions at Shaw Industries include Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Representative, where responsibilities included managing owned and leased properties, negotiating leases and sales, and repurposing facilities. Additionally, Sandra has served as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager and worked as a Credit Assistant earlier in their career. Sandra holds a CCIM designation and education from Dalton State College.
