Kristi Hankins is an experienced HR Training Manager in the Fibers Division at Shaw Industries since November 2017, previously holding various roles at Beaulieu America since 2009, including Training & Leadership Development Partner and Manager of Training and Development, where Kristi developed a training certification course that saved the company approximately $16 million. Kristi's background also includes organizational development as a Business Analyst and coaching employees on development needs. Prior roles include HR Director at Hamilton Long Term Care and multiple positions at Mohawk Industries, focusing on training module creation, event marketing, and product development analysis. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Operations Management from Dalton State College.
