Kathleen Grief is a seasoned professional in the commercial flooring industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Shaw Contract since 2012, Kathleen specializes in servicing and supporting a diverse client base, including interior designers and property managers. Previous roles include Architectural & Design Manager at Allsteel, where sales strategies were developed for the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and Senior Business Development/Account Manager at Adleta Corporation, focused on expanding business with key stakeholders in the DFW and Lubbock markets. Additionally, Kathleen has held positions at Beaulieu America and The Stephens Company, enhancing relationships within the flooring community. Early career experiences as a Junior Interior Designer at Terry Harden Architects and Barbara Elliott Interiors contributed to a solid foundation in design, further supported by a degree in Interior Design and Architecture from Texas Tech University.
