Ben Hillman serves as the Regional Vice President at Shaw Industries since October 2009, overseeing operations in West Texas, Oklahoma, Western Kansas, and Wichita. Prior roles at Shaw include Regional Specialist, focusing on the growth of Tile/Stone and Resilient business across a 13-state division, and Territory Sales Manager, driving sales and educating clients on product benefits. Prior to Shaw, Ben held various positions at Meritage Homes, including Director of Customer Care, and at Ashton Woods Homes as Area Manager, where responsibilities included managing significant construction and customer satisfaction efforts. Earlier career experience includes construction management roles at Highland Homes, starting as an intern in both construction and warranty management, leading to operational management of residential homes. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University.
