David was President & Chief Executive Officer, ViacomCBS Networks International, and was responsible for growing the multi-billion dollar business across networks, streaming services, studios, events, and recreation outside the U.S and overseeing many of the world's most popular multimedia entertainment brands: Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, MTV, and Paramount+.
David was responsible for driving a large-scale transformation including launching and building Paramount+ and PlutoTV streaming services across Europe, Latam, and Asia for the merged Viacom and CBS business. He architected the move into broadcast through the acquisition of Channel 5 in the UK and later adding Telefe in Argentina and Network 10 in Australia. He also led the move into the studio production business launching Viacom International Studios in Latam and Europe and acquiring studios including Ananey in Israel.
David is now advising private equity firms on media industry investments.
