Dipanwita Roy has held a variety of roles in the past decade, beginning in 2012 as a Financial Advisor at [24]7.ai India. In 2013, they took on the role of Professional Recruiter at Innovision Inc.., and in 2014, they became a Recruitment Consultant and Administrative Assistant at RADIANCE HR CONSULTANCY. In 2018, they took on the role of Assistant Operations Manager at Dollar Tree Stores, followed by a role as Salesforce Administrator at Sunshine Behavioral Health in 2020. Most recently, in 2022, they became the HR and Recruitment Manager at SharpQuest.

Dipanwita Roy obtained a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University in 2012, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Dipanwita then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok in 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Application from Talent Computer Education, Duliajan Assam in December 2007, and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Udemy in June 2021.
