Tyler Duncan, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources & Talent Management Business Partner at Sharp HealthCare since September 2022. Previously, Tyler held multiple roles at Downtown San Diego Partnership, progressing from Human Resources Generalist to Human Resources Manager between August 2019 and September 2022. Prior experience includes the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Telecare Corporation from June 2018 to August 2019 and Operations Manager at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD) from September 2016 to June 2018. Educational credentials include a degree in Biological-Psychology with a minor in Peace & Justice Studies from Pace University.
