Tianna L. Sanders, aPHR, has a diverse background in human resources and employee development, currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst and previously as Employee Services Specialist at Sharonview FCU since January 2018. Tianna has managed various HR functions, including compensation, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition as an Employee Services Coordinator. Additionally, Tianna has experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness through specialized programs. Prior experience includes roles at Family Trust Federal Credit Union as a Learning & Development Specialist and at Hospice Volunteer Association in administrative and family relations. Tianna's career also includes a position as an Experience Specialist at Verizon Wireless. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, along with studies at Central Piedmont Community College and Crest High School.
