Roberta Donadelli is an experienced professional in the field of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, currently serving as the Research and Development Team Manager at Sharon Laboratories since May 2022. Roberta has held multiple leadership roles, including CEO and R&D Manager-Technical Director at CR&D srl, focusing on the research and development of new cosmetic active ingredients since 2010. Additionally, Roberta has been the R&D Manager-Technical Director at Formaggia srl since 2007, specializing in innovative cosmetic formulations. Earlier experience includes a position as Technical Manager/Export Technical Manager at B.C. Cosmetic and Food srl from 2007 to 2010. Roberta holds a degree in Pharmacy from Università di Pavia (1985-1989) and has furthered education in naturopathy and aromatherapy through various institutions, including S.I.M.O Scuola Italiana di Medicina Olistica.
