Mike Steinberg's work experience includes various roles in supply chain management and operations. Mike has held positions at SharkNinja, Reckitt, Home Products International - North America, Inc., Brambles Limited, ACCO Brands, and Newell Brands.

At SharkNinja, they served as the Vice President - North America Demand Planning, responsible for leading teams to improve supply chain capabilities and efficiencies. Prior to that, at Reckitt, they were the Vice President, North America Customer Operations, leading the order-to-cash cycle and driving customer satisfaction. Mike also served as the Head of Supply Chain, Customer Supply Chain Director, Gross Margin Improvement Manager, and Demand Planning Manager at Reckitt.

Before Reckitt, Mike worked as the Materials Manager at Home Products International - North America, Inc., where they were responsible for scheduling, purchasing, and material flow initiatives associated with a plastic injection molding factory. Mike also worked as the Senior Manager of Procurement at Brambles Limited, leading global procurement activities related to injection molded plastics.

Prior to that, Mike held roles at ACCO Brands and Newell Brands, where they managed sourcing activities, launched new products, and created master schedules for production lines.
