Anıl Kiper serves as an Expert in Residence at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) and as a mentor at Ignyte, utilizing extensive experience in startups and scale-ups to guide emerging entrepreneurs. Kiper co-founded and held the roles of Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Product Officer at MindBehind, a conversational AI technology provider, where achievements included leading its global expansion and securing partnerships with over 200 brands. Previous experiences include social media management at Garanti BBVA and digital marketing roles at Kia Türkiye, getsocial, and Nestle. Kiper holds multiple degrees, including a BA in Media and Communications System and Advertising from Istanbul Bilgi University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Marmara University.
