Lily Wong is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Compliance at FTD, Lily is responsible for building a comprehensive compliance framework for a third-party payment processor in North America. Additionally, as Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at North Investments Company, Lily is focused on regulatory compliance within the cryptocurrency industry. Previous roles include Senior Director of Compliance at Nasdaq, where foundational compliance documentation was developed, and management positions at Varo Money Inc. and TrustToken, concentrating on sanctions and BSA/AML programs. Earlier career experience includes positions at MUFG, Peralta Community College District, and the County of Marin - Office of the District Attorney. Lily holds a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
