Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced nursing informatics professional with a strong background in clinical documentation and healthcare technology. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene has expertise in care plans and patient education. Prior experience includes working as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene Slapak implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application, and as a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on convergent medical terminology. Charlene began their career as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
