Paria Aslani is a seasoned career coach and advisor with over a decade of experience in various roles. Since 2011, Paria has been a freelance career coach while also serving as a headhunter at the Entrepreneurship Center of Sharif University of Technology since 2014. Paria holds positions as a career coach at Sharif Accelerator and Karbank.ir, and previously worked as a career advisor and HR consultant at KarBaMeil from 2011 to 2013. Prior experience includes co-founding RADMAN Consulting Group and serving as an HR consultant with همكاران سيستم | System Group. Paria holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerce Management from Islamic Azad University South Tehran Branch.
