Johnny Dempsey is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and networking. Currently serving as the Platform as a Service (PaaS) Lead at Sharesies since April 2022, Johnny has previously held positions such as Tech Lead - Infrastructure and Infrastructure Developer. Prior to Sharesies, Johnny worked at RedShield as a Systems / Infrastructure Engineer and at Fronde as a Network Engineer, where responsibilities included building and supporting network solutions for managed service clients. Johnny's career also includes roles as a Support Engineer at Dimension Data and a Technician at Remarkit Solutions Ltd, following the attainment of Diplomas in Systems Technology and Network Engineering from Computer Power Plus between 2014 and 2016. Early in the career, Johnny also worked as a Personal Trainer at Cityfitness, focusing on corrective exercise and weight loss.
