Sonja van de Kragt currently serves as a Consultant at sharelife academy, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sonja held various positions at Envida from October 2002 to January 2025, including Manager Zorgadvies, Productmanager VPT, and Teamleider Zorg. Sonja has pursued extensive education, with a Post HBO degree in effective customer management in the social domain from Heijting/Weerts groep, completed between 2018 and 2020. Additional educational experiences include training in Lean facility management in 2015, courses at ISBW Opleiding & Training from 2010 to 2011, KMBV from 2003 to 2004, and nursing studies at MUMC from 1998 to 1999, along with a nursing degree from Maaslandziekenhuis (now Zuyderland) from 1992 to 1996.
