Richard Murison has worked in the field of web development, animation, digital compositing, illustration, animation, graphic design, and web graphic production for the past nine years. In 2018, they began working as a Frontend Web Developer for ShareIn. From 2011 to 2014, they were Self Employed under the moniker "Kaleidosaur Animation", specializing in character animation. In 2014, they were contracted as a VFX artist and digital animator on a temporary basis for Kolik Films, working on the 3rd series of "Ooglies". In 2013, they worked as an Illustrator for Vivid Source Ltd, producing motion comics based on high school curriculum. Richard also worked as a 2D artist/Graphic Designer for Stick Sports in 2013.

Richard Murison attended Edinburgh Napier University from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science in Computing. Richard also attended Edinburgh College of Art, though the duration of their studies there is unknown.
