Noortje Wester is an experienced HR data specialist currently employed at Shared Service Centrum ONS since June 2018, focusing on HR analytics, reporting, and analytics using Power BI. Prior to this role, Noortje Wester worked at Philips from 2011 to May 2018 as a Customer Service Expert, where responsibilities included driving customer experience programs, delivering global product training, and capturing customer insights. Earlier, from 2006 to 2010 at Philips, Noortje Wester served as a Product Researcher, collaborating in cross-functional teams to translate consumer needs into product requirements and conducting consumer studies. Noortje Wester holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Human Technology from Hanze, obtained in 2005.
