Vandana Venkatesh is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law. Currently serving as a Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co since April 2023, Vandana has held senior positions at prestigious firms including Trilegal as a Senior Associate from July 2021 to January 2023 and JSA as a Senior Associate from April 2018 to August 2020. Vandana also had a stint as a Legal Secondment at Altico Capital - Mumbai and started the career as an Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners.
