Niyati Gandhi is a Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, specializing in Public International Law, International Trade Law, Transnational Litigation, Asset Recovery, and International Commercial Arbitration. With experience as a Counsel on secondment at Nayara Energy, Niyati has also served as an Advocate at Aarna Law focusing on Investor-State Arbitration and as a Visiting Professor at the National Law School of India University and NMIMS School of Law. Previous roles include positions at Nishith Desai Associates, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, and internships at prominent institutions such as Clifford Chance LLP and the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
