Rosna Joy is a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering from St. Joseph's College of Engineering and Technology, with diverse experience in engineering roles. Currently serving as a Graduate Trainee at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd, Rosna is involved in Concept Engineering R&D. Previous experience includes a CAE Research Internship at Simulation Lab®, focusing on Battery Thermal Management Systems for electric vehicles, and a key role as a team member in BAJA SAEINDIA, where Rosna contributed to the design and manufacturing of a 4-wheel drive offroad buggy. Additionally, experience includes serving as an Under Officer in the National Cadet Corps and completing in-plant training at Integral Coach Factory.
