Pravin Andhale is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd since May 2022. Prior to this role, Pravin worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at MAS Aluminium Pvt Ltd from December 2017 to May 2022, and as a Quality Engineer at HAL, where responsibilities included quality inspection for the Su-30 fighter plane from November 2016 to November 2017.
