Love Adlakha possesses extensive experience in operations management and production across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Sr. General Manager at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd since January 2018, Love has previously held senior roles at Hero Cycles Ltd and TI Cycles of India, contributing to expansion projects and process optimization. With a strong background in handling high-volume production as Head of Production at Whirlpool of India Ltd, and previous roles at Hero MotoCorp Ltd and Lucy Electric, Love has developed expertise in manufacturing, project management, and ERP system customization. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from YMCA University of Science & Technology and an MBA in Production and Material Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
