Aubrey Shapiro Ginn is a Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Shapiro & Duncan, Inc., with a career spanning over a decade in the construction industry. Since joining the company in June 2013, Aubrey has held various roles, including Assistant Project Manager and Production Engineer, focusing on improving pre-planning processes and fostering a lean culture.
