Paul Sesta has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as President and General Manager at Shapes Precision Manufacturing since November 2014. Prior to this role, Paul worked at TurboCombustor Technology from 2006 to 2014, where responsibilities included Director of Engineering, Tooling, and Production Support, managing proposal development, tooling support, and complex fabrications. Earlier experience includes Manufacturing Engineer Manager at Pursuit Boats and various engineering roles at TurboCombustor Technology from 1986 to 2004, culminating as Senior Project Engineer. Core competencies encompass Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, operations management, CAD design, and various manufacturing processes, demonstrating a strong background in continuous improvement and new product implementation. Education includes various seminars and training between 1990 and 2011.
