Terry McElfish has a strong background in quality assurance and engineering. Terry worked at Shape Corp. as a Quality Engineer from October 2019 to the present. Before that, they were self-employed as a Sr. Engineer from May 2018 to October 2019. Prior to that, Terry worked at Magna Mirrors as a Quality Engineer for a remarkable 20 years from November 1998 to May 2018. Terry also has experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Sealed Power / Acutex Division from October 1987 to June 1992. Terry began their career as a Tool & Die Maker at Viking Tool and Engineering, where they worked from May 1975 to October 1986. Currently, Terry is retired as of May 2021.

Terry McElfish attended Grand Rapids College from 1978 to 1980 and obtained an Associate's degree in Tool and Die Technology/Technician.
