Octavio Flores has a strong background in quality assurance and customer quality engineering. Octavio began their career in 2005 at Sanoh Industrial de México as a Quality Engineer and worked there until 2010. Octavio then joined ITW Tomco as a Quality Engineer for three years before moving to Cooper Standard in 2013, where they held a similar position. In the same year, Octavio began working at Sensata Technologies as a Customer Quality Engineer, a role they held until mid-2016. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Quality Supervisor at Tenneco. Most recently, Octavio held the position of Quality Coordinator at Minth PTI from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Customer Quality Engineer at Shape Corp., starting in April 2023.

Octavio Flores completed their education from 2001 to 2005 at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes. During this time, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Automotive.
