Nikhil Patil has a diverse range of work experience. Nikhil started their career as a Vendor Development Engineer at UMASONS AUTO COMPO Private Limited, where they worked on manufacturing tubular components for major customers such as Bajaj Auto Ltd. and BMW Germany. Nikhil then moved on to become a Vendor Development Engineer at GANAGE PRESSINGS PRIVATE LIMITED for a short period. Later, Nikhil worked as a Design Engineer at Kinetic Communication Ltd. in Chinchwad, Pune. Following that, they joined Gnosis Infotech as an Application Engineer. Currently, Nikhil is employed at Shape Corp. as a Product Designer.

Nikhil Patil's education history is as follows:

- From 2002 to 2006, Nikhil attended North Maharashtra University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Automobile.

- Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, they completed a Diploma Course in Automobile at Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.

- In 1998, Nikhil completed their H.S.C. (Higher Secondary Certificate) from Subhas Higher Secondary School with a focus on Science.
