Doug's career at Shape Corporation began in 2009 as a Program Manager and Corporate Quality Engineer, contributing to the company's status as North America's top automotive bumper manufacturer. Earlier career experience includes a Program Manager role at Johnson Controls Automotive from 1996 to 2009 and work as 1st Assistant Manager at Au Bon Pain from 1991 to 1993.
