The Operations Team at SHAPE is responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality and efficiency of our real estate projects. The Commercial Leasing Coordinator manages tenant relationships and leasing processes, the Insurance and Risk Manager oversees all aspects of risk management and insurance, while the Account Administrator handles financial transactions and account management. Collectively, they ensure that SHAPE’s commercial and residential spaces operate smoothly and effectively.
