Cindy Bigsby has extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, currently serving as the Reservations Manager at Shanty Creek Resorts since November 2004, where responsibilities include training social sales agents and collaborating with senior management to enhance booking strategies. Prior to this role, Cindy spent over 26 years at Marshall Field's as the Assistant Store Manager of Merchandising and Operations, focusing on merchandise flow and trend merchandising. Cindy holds a BS in Fashion Merchandising, Business, and Psychology from Wayne State University, with studies completed in 1990-1991 and 1979-1981.
