Lorena Jimenez is an accomplished program manager and care navigator at Shanti Project since April 2019. Additionally, Lorena serves as a radio host for KXSF Radio starting January 2021 and is the founder of Mambo! SF, working as an event curator since January 2017. Lorena has also established a photography practice while holding various positions, such as bartender at HEMLOCK TAVERN LLC and Fly Bar, and serving as a teaching artist at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Volunteer work includes tutoring at the Tenderloin After-School Program and contributing at Harvey Milk Photo Center. Previously, Lorena worked as a scriptwriter for Catalunya Ràdio from 2008 to 2012. Educational credentials include a Llicenciada en Comunicació Audiovisual from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
