Tania Islam is currently working as an Assistant Manager, HR at Shanta Holdings Limited since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tania held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at grow n excel, HR & Mgt. Consultants from November 2018 to February 2022. With experience in recruitment, consultancy, training, and documentation, Tania has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from BRAC University. Tania also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Tania completed high school in science at Holy Cross College, Dhaka.
