Tim is licensed professional environmental engineer and scientist with more than 30 years of experience. His areas of expertise include project management of large-scale federal and municipal projects; remedial design and feasibility studies; waterfront development, including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting and dredge material characterization; environmental site assessments; regulatory compliance and permitting; and construction support (e.g., contaminated media management and stormwater). He has a proven record of success in the leadership and management of interdisciplinary teams to promote the on-time completion of complex projects.
