Nishesh’s career includes a notable tenure at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where revenue for food and beverage operations increased by 644%. Nishesh began professional training at Taj Hotels as a Management Trainee and advanced through various culinary positions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai.
