Jolanta DiBenedetto has extensive experience in finance and hospitality, currently serving as a Service Leader in Finance at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts since November 2012. Prior to this role, Jolanta took a career break to focus on family and personal development following a tenure at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from July 1991 to April 2012, where numerous responsibilities were managed across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and in-room dining. Jolanta's earlier career included co-op placements as a Travel Agent and Tour Operator, complemented by a Diploma in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism from Humber College.
