Jorge Moutinho is a seasoned professional in project controls and scheduling, currently serving as a Senior Scheduler at PM Group since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Project Controls Engineer at Turner & Townsend and a Planning Engineer at BAM Ireland. Jorge Moutinho has a solid background in planning and engineering from Iberdrola Engineering and Construction, where the construction of major dam projects was undertaken. Additionally, experience at Brookfield Incorporações involved significant contributions as both a Planner and Deputy Project Manager on various residential and commercial construction projects. Jorge Moutinho earned a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and holds a Civil Engineering degree from UERJ.
