Heng (Amy) Collver has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Heng (Amy) started their career as an MBA student at Avila University from January 2012 to June 2014. Following that, they worked at Walt Disney World as a Merchandise employee from August 2014 to January 2015, where they provided excellent customer service and ensured customer satisfaction through effective use of retail payment systems. From October 2016 to February 2020, they served as an Operation Manager and Marketing Consultant at Chinapro Marketing Partners Inc. In this role, they contributed to the overall management of operations and provided marketing consultation services. In June 2021, Heng joined CENTRAL GROUP MORTGAGE as an Executive Assistant and Mortgage Processor, where they worked until April 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Financial Account Representative at Shamrock Trading Corporation, starting in May 2023.

Heng (Amy) Collver obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Avila University in the years 2012-2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Hebei Normal University in the years 2007-2011.

In addition to their formal education, Collver has obtained several certifications. These include the Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License from NMLS, obtained in August 2022. Heng (Amy) also gained certifications in The Fundamental of Digital Marketing, Advanced Google Analytics, and Google Analytics for Power Users, all from Google, in the years 2021 and 2020.
