Ashley is a Director of Portfolio Operations at Shamrock and focuses on driving value for the firm’s content-related investments. Prior to joining Shamrock in 2022, Ashley most recently worked in Product & Technology Analytics at Disney Streaming Services, utilizing advanced analytics to drive effective personalization and programming strategies across Hulu, Disney+, and Star+. Prior to Disney, Ashley was a Director of Corporate Finance at MGM Studios (acquired by Amazon), where she specialized in financial planning and reporting, valuations, and M&A. She also has experience in financial reporting from Ernst & Young.

Ashley earned both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
