Karen Wilson is an accomplished leadership development consultant and executive coach, currently serving at KWilson Leadership LLC and SHAMBAUGH Leadership. Karen has extensive experience in public sector leadership, having held key roles such as Partner and Public Sector practice leader at Guidehouse, and Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Karen advanced to sector leader in the Public Sector. Earlier career highlights include establishing a consulting practice at FedSources and delivering financial solutions at Unisys. Karen began their professional journey at Arthur Andersen, providing a range of services to governmental agencies.
