Rishi Kapoor has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rishi began their career at Phoenix Contact as a Production Engineer and later became a Senior Production Engineer, where they managed production planning. Rishi then joined Schneider Electric as a Senior Production Executive before moving on to APC by Schneider Electric as a Supply Chain Planner, responsible for supply planning. Kapoor then worked at ABB as a Manager in Supply Management. At Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, they held various roles including Manager, Supply Planner, Associate Director in Supply Chain, and Head of Emerging Markets Supply Chain. During this time, Kapoor successfully managed country-based supply chain functions, achieved high sea shipment percentages, and implemented cost-saving measures. Rishi then joined Mylan Laboratories Limited as Associate Vice President and Head of Supply Chain and Regional Operations for emerging markets, where they spearheaded end-to-end commercial supply chain operations and achieved impressive accomplishments in budget achievement, forecast accuracy, customer service levels, and supply chain optimization. Kapoor continued their career at Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations and contributing to the organization's success. Most recently, Kapoor has joined Shalina Healthcare as Vice President and Global Head of Supply Chain, where they continue to demonstrate their expertise in supply chain management and operations. Rishi Kapoor completed a Global Leadership Program at the Indian School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a degree in Management Business Excellence with a specialization in Supply Chain at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In their earlier years, from 1995 to 1999, Rishi Kapoor obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University, specifically from B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology.
