Tom joined the ShalePro team in August of 2014, handling all Human Resources services and assisting the operation teams of more than 300 employees. A native of Baltimore, MD and a graduate of Penn State University, he has extensive experience in HR & Operations support management, working more than 18 years in human resources, logistics, compliance, land acquisition, and recruiting. Tom assists in daily field and office operations as well as manages all of ShalePro’s HR, recruiting, and fleet management.
