Layla Said is currently a Legal Assistant at Shakespeare Martineau since October 2023 and an LLM/LPC student at The University of Law since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Hastings Direct from January 2019 to October 2023 and as a Legal Researcher for Amicus ALJ from December 2018 to July 2021. Layla also completed a Commercial Law Virtual Internship with Bright Network in July 2020 and participated as a member of the University of Leicester Pro Bono in December 2018. Additional experience includes working as a Retail Assistant at Primark from August 2017 to December 2018. Layla holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from The University of Law (2021-2022) and an undergraduate LLB in Law from the University of Leicester (2018-2021), having also completed A levels at Gateway College (2016-2018) and GCSEs at Soarvalley College (2010-2015).
