Peter Herpich is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Shake Shack since May 2023, Peter previously held the position of Vice President and Global Controller at Casper from May 2021 to April 2023. A long tenure at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from January 1995 to January 2020 included roles as Vice President of Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President of Assistant Corporate Controller, and Director of Financial Reporting, alongside various positions. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology.
