Lorin Cipolla Dunphy is an experienced executive coach and human resources professional with a robust background in performance enablement for startups and small-to-midsize companies. As the Principal and Executive Coach at LCD LLC since January 2020, Lorin specializes in guiding leaders and developing programs within the retail, apparel, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, and nonprofit sectors. In their current role as Senior Vice President of People Practices at Shake Shack, Lorin oversees a team dedicated to employee relations, HR compliance, talent development, and performance management in a rapidly growing organization. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at vineyard vines, Senior Director of Human Resources at Banana Republic, and strategic HR partner for multiple brands at Ralph Lauren.
