Tilak Raj Singh Rawat has an extensive work experience in the logistics and operations field. Tilak Raj Singh began their career at Delhivery in 2015, where they worked as a Process Executive, handling various tasks such as closure of escalations, adherence to SOPs, return process, manpower handling, dispatch process, and vehicle management. Tilak Raj Singh also played a role in creating the Zero Loss Facility and received recognition for their extra mile work. In 2018, they joined udaan.com as a Team Lead, taking on responsibilities such as first mile and last mile operations, pickup management, seller experience, return inventory management, last mile delivery, buyer experience, reverse pickup, vehicle management, liquidation management, SOPs & guidelines adherence, and employee welfare. Tilak Raj Singh continued to gain experience and tackle new challenges based on business demands. Currently, Tilak is working at Shadowfax as a Senior Lead Central Operations. In this role, they are responsible for connecting with all branches of FM & return operations across Pan India, handling escalations and closures, and improving performance metrics. Prior to this role, they served as the Lead Central Operations and Hub Manager at Shadowfax, where they oversaw branch operations, route planning, and performance metrics analysis.

Tilak Raj Singh Rawat completed their PGDM in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their B.com degree in Marketing Management from Delhi University, spanning from 2014 to 2017.
