Rohit Dubey currently serves as Associate Director at Shadowfax, managing MM sites for Delhi NCR, focusing on new initiatives, CPO, strategy, and planning since July 2021. Previously, Rohit held roles such as Site Lead for Middle Mile Ops, overseeing NCR sortation centers, cost optimization, and operational expansion. Rohit has also experience as Senior Manager in Middle Mile Ops handling significant shipment volumes, and as Operations Manager at Ninjacart, managing a network of micro-distribution centers. Earlier career milestones include positions at Swiggy, Blinkit, NuvoEx, and Discovery Logistics, where Rohit contributed to supply chain management, logistics operations, and business development. Rohit holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University and an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from IIBM Institute of Business Management.
