Karnika Bansal has a diverse background in management and leadership within the logistics and business sectors. Currently serving as Head - D2C & Aggregators at Shadowfax, Karnika has previously held significant positions at Delhivery, including Regional Head for D2C Brands & Enterprises covering North and East India, as well as roles as Sr Manager for Strategic Accounts and Regional Sales in North India. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Head at JSIMPLE, Project Manager at DEMTECH, and leadership roles within the IE Student Leadership Team, such as President and Community Development Officer. Educational credentials include an International MBA in Business Administration and Management from IE Business School and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from NIMS University.
